FAQ

Q1: How does the 100-Night Mattress Trial work?
A: Sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 nights (the recommended break-in period). If you are not satisfied between nights 31 and 100, contact us to initiate a return for a full refund. We will arrange a pickup for donation or recycling. The mattress must be free of stains and damage (use of a waterproof mattress protector is required during the trial).

Q2: Do I need to assemble the bed frame and nightstand?
A: Yes, most of our bed frames and all nightstands require customer assembly. They are designed for easy assembly with clear instructions and all necessary tools and hardware included. We do not currently offer in-home assembly services.

Q3: What are the delivery options?
A: Standard delivery is typically curbside or threshold (to your front door or garage). For an additional fee, you may select Room of Choice or White Glove Delivery, which includes placement in your chosen room and removal of packaging materials. Assembly is not included with any delivery option.

Q4: What sizes and materials are available?
A: We offer beds and mattresses in Twin, Twin XL, Full, Queen, King, and California King sizes. Beds are available in solid wood, metal, and upholstered options. Nightstands are typically made of wood or wood composite. Detailed specifications are listed on each product page.

Q5: Do you offer financing?
A: Yes, we partner with third-party financing providers. You can view available payment plan options at checkout.

Q6: What is the warranty on your products?
A: Mattresses come with a 10-year limited warranty. Bed frames and nightstands have a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Complete warranty details are included with your product and available on our website.
