Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing & Lead Times
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. However, as many items are made-to-order or ship from warehouse networks, please allow for the following lead times:

Mattresses: Typically ship within 3-7 business days.

Beds & Nightstands: Typically ship within 7-14 business days.
You will receive order status updates via email.
2. Shipping & Delivery Services
We ship via national freight carriers. Shipping to the contiguous US is included in the product price.

Standard Delivery: Curbside delivery. The carrier will place the item(s) at your curb or driveway.

White Glove Delivery (Additional Fee): Available at checkout. Includes delivery to your room of choice, unpacking, and removal of all packaging materials. Assembly is not included.
3. Delivery Scheduling
Once your order is ready to ship, our delivery partner will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Someone aged 18 or older must be present to accept and inspect the delivery.
4. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
5. Inspecting Your Delivery
It is crucial that you or your representative inspect all items for visible damage before the delivery team leaves. Note any issues on the delivery receipt and take photos. Reporting damage after the carrier has left may complicate the claims process.
